1. General Provisions
This website provides information about travel services, personalized itineraries, experiences, and support in organizing inbound trips to Portugal, operated by Immersive Journeys, a Destination Management Company (DMC).
2. Services and Bookings
Our services include, but are not limited to: itinerary planning, transfers, cultural, gastronomic, and wellness experiences, accommodations, internal transportation, among others. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
To book a service, the client must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Bookings are only valid once the client confirms the payment of the deposit or the full amount, as indicated in our proposal.
3. Payments and Payment Terms
We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa), and secure digital platforms such as PayPal or Stripe. The service price will be defined at the time of our proposal and will include all applicable fees, except for additional expenses not previously specified.
Payment must be made in accordance with the specific conditions outlined in each proposal. If the client fails to confirm the booking payment within the indicated timeframe, the booking may be cancelled without prior notice.
All fees are included in accordance with current tax legislation in Portugal. Prices indicated on the website www.immersiveportugaltours.com
or provided through other means by Immersive Journeys (email, phone, chat, WhatsApp, etc.) include VAT at the time of booking. Payment must be made in euros (€).
Anything not included in the booking — i.e., any supplements or extras — must be paid separately by the client.
4. Booking Guarantee via Bank Transfer
If payment is made via bank transfer (other options available as outlined in section 3), the bank details are as follows:

5. Changes and Cancellations by Immersive Journeys
We may cancel or modify bookings due to force majeure, availability issues, or logistical constraints, guaranteeing a full or partial refund, depending on the specific situation.
6. Changes and Cancellations by the Client
Any changes or cancellations by the client must be communicated in writing and as early as possible. The specific cancellation terms will depend on when the request is made, as follows:
If the client wishes to change or postpone the trip, Immersive Journeys may adjust the cost according to the new dates, particularly during high season, local events, or in cases where suppliers impose more restrictive conditions. Immersive Journeys will make every effort to maintain the original budget.
7. Use of Vehicles and Sustainability
Immersive Tours operates with a strong commitment to sustainable mobility, striving to ensure that the majority of tours are conducted using electric vehicles.
Notwithstanding the above, the Client acknowledges and accepts that, in exceptional situations, it may be necessary to use a different type of vehicle. Such situations include, but are not limited to: temporary unavailability of electric vehicles, technical or range limitations, logistical or operational constraints, safety issues, or force majeure.
In such cases, Immersive Tours commits to using, whenever possible, alternative vehicles that prioritize energy efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
The use of non-electric vehicles under the conditions described in this clause does not entitle the Client to any refund, price reduction, or compensation, provided that the contracted service is delivered in accordance with the remaining Terms and Conditions.
For logistical reasons and to ensure the comfort and safety of all participants, each client is entitled to carry only one (1) medium-sized suitcase (max. 23 kg) and one (1) small carry-on item (e.g., backpack or day bag).
Failure to comply with this rule may result in the refusal of extra luggage at the time of boarding, with no right to refund or compensation.
If you need to bring additional luggage, please contact us in advance to confirm feasibility and any additional costs.
8. Liability
Immersive Journeys is not responsible for booking errors attributable to the client and is not liable for unavoidable and exceptional circumstances that may affect the provision of its services, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, epidemic outbreaks, among others.
9. Documentation and Entry Requirements
The client is responsible for verifying all entry and exit requirements, visas, vaccinations, and any necessary documentation for Portugal or any other countries in transit. We recommend confirming this information with the appropriate authorities before traveling.
We also recommend that clients have valid and adequate travel insurance for Portugal at the time of travel.
10. Website Content Responsibility
We are committed to providing accurate and up-to-date information. However, some content may not immediately reflect recent changes to services, programs, or conditions. In case of doubt, the Client should confirm the accuracy of the information with Immersive Journeys before making any decisions.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is either owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property laws. The reproduction, copying, or unauthorized use of any material without prior consent is strictly prohibited.
12. Privacy
Personal information provided by clients will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website. This data will be used solely for booking processing, support, and service improvement purposes.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes or legal matters related to the use of the website or the contracting of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
